I took UNO for granted in the beginning.

I took UNO for granted in the beginning. I wanted to attend an out of state university that was popular and known for partying and fun. When I added up the years of tuition, however, I realized I would be left with mortgage sized loans, so I stuck it out at UNO. As the semesters passed and graduation approached, I noticed my education loan balances were way lower than my peers who attended more expensive universities. That allowed me to pay them off sooner, invest sooner, and to give my kids the life I never had. Since then, I’ve recommended UNO’s engineering program to anyone who wants to better their life. I’m very proud to say I graduated from UNO, and I’m more proud to say that my son is following in my footsteps studying engineering there.
